With over twenty years of experience in the local property market, Thomas has built a strong reputation for advising clients across both residential and commercial sectors. His deep passion for development land has enabled him to guide clients through the successful sale of coastal plots, commercial and residential development sites, rural exception sites for affordable housing, and town centre redevelopment opportunities.
Thomas brings hands-on expertise in negotiating land sales through option agreements, securing planning gains, and recommending disposal strategies that maximise site value. His understanding of the process from both the vendor and agent perspective allows him to support clients with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight — especially when dealing with complex or challenging transactions. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the coastline, open-water swimming, and cycling the scenic rural roads of Cornwall.
